• FOR PLAYERS: Empower supports families from New Hampshire and Vermont with need-based financial assistance, prioritizing Upper Valley girls' lacrosse club teams, clinics, or camp fees (where financial assistance is not already offered).

• FOR COACHES: Empower provides financial assistance to New Hampshire and Vermont youth, club, and high school coaches to attend coaching clinics to deepen their knowledge of the game and to learn the most current best practices for teaching.

• CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP AND TEAM BUILDING GRANTS: Empower provides grants for New Hampshire and Vermont girls lacrosse teams to host speakers or guest coaches that amplify “healthy voices” with a focus on development of character, leadership skills, team building and the whole-player.

• GUEST COACHING GRANTS: Empower offers grants to New Hampshire and Vermont teams to host guest coaches with college coaching or playing experience (or specialized expertise in a certain area) for one or two practice sessions.
